Alongside his studio practice, he is passionate about art education and youth engagement. His skills include painting, drawing, acting, and organizing. Jayanta has received several recognitions, such as the Anwarul Haq Memorial Award (2019), Mahabubul Amin Memorial Award (2016), and a scholarship from the Ministry of Education. His works are held in prominent collections including the Bangladesh National Museum, Indian High Commission, Bangladesh Police Liberation War Museum, and Cumilla University.
